Fresh Cream Regal
This cake can be made up to a Meter by Meter size for the wow factor.
It has for layers of light fluffy sponge and silky fresh cream with an option of a layer of jam inside. The outside of the cake is delicately smoothed off, finished with classical fresh cream piping and edible icing flowers.
The sides have two gold ribbons wrapped round the cake.
