Fit for a princess, our lovely fresh cream Malteser Pearl Cake has four layers of chocolate and vanilla genoise sponge encased with top quality vanilla fresh cream. The top of the cake is stylishly decorated with a string of Maltesers locked together with a thick a ganache chocolate drizzle. Finally garnished with tropical fruit for that extra sparkle, truly a special cake for that special occasion. Each with a generous of layer of fresh cream, covered with a Belgium chocolate ganache drizzle, with a hint of a strawberry flavour.
