It has for layers of light fluffy sponge and silky fresh cream with an option of a layer of jam inside. The outside of the cake is delicately smoothed off, finished with classical fresh cream piping and edible icing flowers.

This square cake has four layers of vanilla sponge & butter cream, wrapped with the best quality fondant. The top of the cake has a cluster of red edible roses. The sides has small sugar past piping and a red edible rose on one corner of each cake.
